A calorie deficit.
It doesn’t matter if you buy a no name brand of oats, or if you buy the most expensive oats on the shelf. It doesn’t matter if you buy your food from Woolies or from Food Lovers Market.
Fat loss is not brand specific.
Fat loss takes place when you are in a calorie deficit.
Fat loss isn’t about whether you eat your chicken with the skin or without the skin.
Fat loss is about changing ALL your habits that lead you to the point of wondering about the chicken skin for fat loss.
It’s not a small piece of chicken skin that leads to fat gain.
It’s not eating a regular wrap instead of a wholewheat wrap that leads to fat gain.
It’s not eating regular mince instead of lean mince that leads to fat gain.
It is the OVER consumption of calories over a period of time that leads to fat gain.
The best thing you can do for fat loss right now is…
Stop thinking there is a best food or brand for fat loss.

Start working on healthier habit creation.
Start working on the consistency of those healthier habits.
