It is really not that complicated.
The concept of fat loss is simple.
The execution is difficult.
But why are you making it more difficult for yourself by overcomplicating it?
Here are the basics:
Eat in a calorie deficit.
Focus on the quality of your food.
Move more throughout the day.
Work on creating healthier habits.
Simple!
Not easy, that I know - I mean, I have being obese, lost 40 kg’s and maintained it - So I know just how difficult the execution can be.
Here’s what you need to stop doing:
Stop looking for the perfect fat loss foods.
Stop looking for the perfect macronutrient split.
Stop looking for the perfect meal timing.
Stop looking for the perfect pace to do your walks.
Stop looking for the optimal anything.
Optimal is individual based on what you can sustain for a long period of time.
People online overcomplicate it on purpose!
Purely because they want to make you believe that you can’t do it if you don’t have their perfect plan, perfect supplement, or perfect foods.
And why people struggle to do the basics is because:
The basics are so boring.
It can’t be as simple as eating more nutrient dense foods in a calorie controlled manner and making sure you move more.
Well, it is.
And the more you overcomplicate the basics, the tougher you are making the execution for yourself.

It doesn’t have to be sexy. It doesn’t have to be glamourous.
It just has to be done.
